Tenisa Montgomery is Trauma trained and Certified in the state of Florida and considers her work as more of a calling to encourage perseverance and emotional breakthrough.

I believe the goal of wellness is informed by services working in tandem to create a team of wellness practitioners around an individual to assist in the most important task of all; Whole body wellness! Joining together with local Medical Doctors, Psychiatrists, Chiropractors, Hypnotherapist, Women’s health Doctors, Acupuncturists and Nutritionists (to name a few), to support, engage and see the client on their wellness journey.
