I val­ue devel­op­ing rela­tion­ships with my patients and their fam­i­lies, treat­ing chron­ic health issues, and pro­vid­ing pre­ven­ta­tive care. I believe in part­ner­ing with my patients so that they are active par­tic­i­pants through­out their care. I pro­vide patient edu­ca­tion to empow­er them to live health­i­er lives. My medical interests are child­hood obe­si­ty, Infant/​childhood growth and devel­op­ment, dia­betes, underserved medicine,, wom­en’s health, pre­ven­tive care, patient education. My personal interests are enjoy­ing good food, diversity, faith, Mar­vel com­ic movies, music, play­ing the piano, read­ing, spend­ing time with fam­i­ly/friends, social jus­tice, sup­port­ing under­served pop­u­la­tions through mis­sion-dri­ven vol­un­teer work, the­atre, and traveling.
