Dr. Kevin M. Alexander

I am a heart failure and transplant cardiologist at Stanford University. My primary clinical and research interests lie in transthyretin cardiac amyloidosis, an underdiagnosed but important cause of heart failure, particularly among African Americans. I aim to promote early diagnosis and help develop new effective therapies for this disease.
