Dr. Duane Monteith, MD, FACS

Duane R. Monteith, MD, FACS is a board certified and fellowship trained cardiothoracic surgeon serving southern New Jersey including Burlington, Camden, Gloucester and Atlantic counties. He specializes in minimally invasive thoracic surgery (robotic and VATS) and thoracic surgical oncology. He also promotes the importance of lung cancer screening and lung nodule surveillance.

Dr. Monteith strives to establish strong, communicative relationships with his patients to ensure they receive an optimal level of care from the initial consultation to long after their recovery. He takes a collaborative approach to patient-centered care and values careful listening. He is affiliated with Jefferson Health New Jersey and is the director of Thoracic Oncology at the Sidney Kimmel Cancer Center – Washington Township.
