Dr. Diana Nicole Spell

Hi there! When I was a little girl and we actually went to the doctor (that’s another story), I always hoped to see someone who looked like me, experienced life like me, and would care for me as a patient as if I was a part of their family. For many of us that didn’t happen, so it’s one of the reasons I chose to become a doctor! I am now a board certified Internal Medicine & Pediatrics (Med-Peds) physician practicing in Maryland for Johns Hopkins Medicine. Because it’s important to foster the change we wish to see (Spelman grad), I also serve as a clinical professor for Johns Hopkins medical students and I love how my patients are able to teach the students real life medicine and lessons.
