Dr. Ashley Fuentes

I joined Southwest Family Physicians in 2019. I practice both outpatient and inpatient general Family Medicine, but I have a special place in my heart for osteopathic manipulative treatment, obesity medicine/weight loss management, women’s health, sports medicine, and pediatrics. I also believes in supporting patients to be their own best advocates. I see all ages.

My office offers a variety of services include X-ray, ultrasound, bone density screenings, mammogram, lab testing, and a cardiology suite.
