The practice of Blake Gastroenterology Associates has been in existence for 24 years. My associate, Dr. Carmen Sandridge has been with the practice for 15 years. Consultations and gastrointestinal procedures are performed in our state of the arts medical building which also houses our ambulatory endoscopy surgery center (ASC).
